Valve Bags allow Kona coffee to be immediately packaged and sealed after roasting. Most shelf coffees sit for 10 to 14 days to "de-gas" before packaging and sealing. This greatly reduces flavors and aromas! Valve Bags allow gases to be released from the roasted coffee beans while keeping oxygen out.
