How To Brew
A Perfect Pot of Fancy Estate Kona Coffee |
(coffee makers measure their “cups” less than 8 oz.) |
| 12 Cup Pot: Place 2/3 Cup of ground Keopu Kona coffee beans into unbleached filter. Pour 72 oz. (9 - 8oz. cups) water into coffee maker. Brew as directed. | ||
| 6 Cup Pot: Use 1/3 Cup of ground Keopu Kona coffee and 36 oz. (4.5 - 8 oz. cups) of water into coffee maker. Brew as directed. | ||
| 1. | Due to high temperatures of coffee makers, it is best to grind Keopu Kona coffee beans to medium grind. | |
| 2. | Gold and/or Unbleached coffee filters produce more flavorful Kona coffee. We like Cuisinart or Braun coffee makers the most. | |
| 3. | Pour cold or temperate water into coffee maker, not warm or hot. Purified or fresh Spring water tastes best and is better for your health. Never use public tap water! | |
| 4. | When brewing finishes, immediately remove from burner and serve or pour into thermos. | |
| 5. | Adjust ground Kona coffee / water ratio to personal taste. | |
