Shipping:  As a convenience, shipping charges are calculated at the time of the sale based on predefined criteria.  Keopu utilizes United Parcel Service whenever possible to ship your purchase based on the area you choose during your check out process.  The shipping amount quoted to you on your invoice is determined from an algorithm we've calculated to ensure all customers pay the least amount towards shipping fees as possible.  Keopu Mauka Lani Coffees do not realize any monetary gain from this rate calculation.   An additional fee will be automatically added for deliveries outside of the Continental U.S. which reflects our additional expense.  From time to time we may offer free shipping incentives or we may automatically include free shipping during the check-out process based on the quantity of the order.  Unfortunately we cannot apply either of these offers to deliveries outside of the Continental U.S.    If an error in this calculation has occurred beyond our control we reserve the right to take corrective action limited to the shipping portion of your invoice.  If this situation should be necessary you will be notified by email of the change.  Your order will continue to be delivered.  Please be sure you have submitted a valid email address and/or phone number for our communication efforts.
